This painting captures the behavior of Hadid's proposed project for Trafalgar Square during a twenty-four-hour period. Through painting, Hadid analyzes the building during the day and night and also from different points of view, all simultaneously. An interior view presents a transparent ground showing how the building relates to other important buildings and existing urban pathways in the square. This painting illustrates Hadid's intention of expanding the public space of the square by bringing it into the new proposed building.
