Palazuelo: Working Process
March 14–June 3, 2007
Pablo Palazuelo (1915ñ) is one of the key figures of Spanish art of the second half of the 20th century, although he has not gained international recognition. This retrospective exhibition, organized by the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona in cooperation with the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, emphasizes little-known aspects of his work and features many pieces that have never before been shown to the public. Palazuelo: Working Process includes drawings, gouaches, paintings, and sculptures, more than 300 works in all.
