On view in Bilbao will be four major installations by video art pioneer Bill Viola, including Going Forth by Day (2002) and Five Angels for the Millennium (2001), which have never before been shown together. Viola's work offers a universal spiritual exploration of temporality and transcendence. These thematically related pieces deeply engage the viewer and inspire reflection on elemental themes of transformation, the passage of time, and the cycles of life.
